What is the DJCG GREETERS CLUB & MEMBERSHIP?

The DJCG Greeters Club gives membership access to those customers who enjoy gifting their loved one’s unique cards for all occasions, all year round. Specifically for those individuals who struggle to find cultural relevant cards that have images and messaging that look and sound like them and their loved ones.

Becoming a member gives our customers the opportunity to plan ahead or to have high quality, fine craftmanship & artistry in handmade one-of-a-kind cards readily available for all occasions year round.

How long does my membership last?

For as long as you’re happy with your subscription, with the minimum commitment of 2 shipments.

Can I cancel my membership subscription?

Yes, you can at any time after you have fulfilled your minimum commitment of 2 shipments.

How much does it cost to join?

The cost of the membership depends on your membership level you choose. The Print Membership is $16 per month for 2 cards delivered a month, The Emboss Membership is $40 per month for 5 cards delivered a month, The Craftsmanship Membership is $64 per month for 8 cards delivered a month.

The monthly fee per membership is based on an average card rate of $8 per card. In some cases you may select a card that is a little less or a card that is a bit more but all in all you are getting a great deal for the quality of cards.

I have been charged for my Greeter club subscription, when will I receive it?

We will charge your card the day your order is shipped out. For most of the US, we aim to deliver within 1 to 2 days however, it may be as long as 5 – 7 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of tracking information if it’s available.

Can I pick up my club shipment directly from D. Johnson & Co Greetings?

Yes, indeed.  If you live locally you can select to have all club orders be held at for pick up for up to 15 days. At which point you will receive an email notification letting you know your order is ready.

If your order is not picked up within 15 days, shipping will automatically be charged to the card on file and your order will be mailed out to you. 

Can someone else pick up my club shipment for me?

What a good friend you have! Just make sure to authorize it first by adding their name to your account in the Member Portal.   

dOES THE NAME OF THE MEMBERSHIP SUBJECT ME TO ONLY THAT KIND OF CARD?

No, the membership names are just cute “greeting card” terms frequently used in the industry. The difference really pertains to the number of cards you’ll receive rather than the type of card you will receive.

All cards in the catalog are available to everyone in all three Membership levels.

When can I expect to be billed for my club shipments?

Your shipment cost are included in your monthly keepsake card subscription bill

What states can you ship club shipments to?

We ship our Keepsake cards to all the States in the United States and Internationally.

How will I be charged for shipping?

We have a set reduced, flat rate price of $?? for all ground shipments.

How will I know when I will be charged?

You will receive an email notification 2 weeks prior to the billing of your shipment, letting you know the selection options provided that you chose.

After billing, you will see a charge from D. Johnson & Co Greetings on your statement.

How can I make changes to my Greeter club membership or change membership levels?

Yes, you can give us a call at 612-567-4996 Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm to update your account information over the phone or by emailing djohnsonandcogreetings@gmail.com, Subject Line: Change Greeter club membership.

Can I share my member benefits with friends or family in my absence?

Unfortunately, no, however we offer a great referral benefit. By recommending a friend or family member to join our club membership. When you do so, you’ll get a one time code for 20% off an order outside of your membership order and your friend or family member will receive a welcome discount of 5% off an order outside of their membership order.

What discounts do I receive as a Greeter Club member?

10% discount on all cards purchased outside of your subscription 

10% discount on all DJCG merchandise.

How do I use my membership discount?

Greeter Club members receive 10% off any purchase made online at www.djohnsoncogreetings.com and putting in the special code.

How do I cancel my Greeter Club membership?

We hate to see you go, but if you wish, you may cancel your Greeter Club membership any time before your monthly billing by logging into your Customer Account and proceeding with the following:

  1. Click Account, then click Memberships.

  2. Click on the member area you want to cancel your membership to.

  3. Click Cancel Membership, then click Cancel Membership again to confirm.

What happens if my Greeter Club order shipment is sent back?

If your order is returned to us, we can reship the order for a $5 fee. We suggest that you provide an address that will assure you receive the delivery.

What if I end up with a damaged order?

In the unlikely event that a keepsake card arrives damaged (we inspect and carefully package each order closely before shipment), notify us as soon as possible so we can rectify the problem for you.

Can I skip or postpone a club shipment?

Yes. Send an email notification 10 days prior to billing, to djohnsonandcogreetings@gmail.com with the Subject line: Postpone club shipment.  At which point, you will receive a refund for the amount specified, but won’t lose membership to your member area. You must take a minimum of two shipments per year to maintain an active status and your benefits.

Can I customize my shipment?

You bet! This is the very benefit of the club subscription; you will be sent a link to view our designs for the month (including any limited edition holiday designs) as early as the 10th of the month prior to when the order is expected. Every order is expected to be received by the 1st of the month coming up to your door.

When the link is received, scroll through and select cards you want to get for the quantity you chose in your membership.

You will be able to add the keepsake card(s) you want to ensure you get the exact ones you want in every shipment.  Orders picked up can be customized during your visit.
